How long will delivery take?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom (UK domestic only). Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit a further 5–7 business days, so your order typically arrives within 6–9 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just get in touch and we’ll send you the details. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Which payment methods do you accept? Is checkout secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted (SSL) and your payment details are never stored on our site.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way — or use the “Track your order” link in the top menu.
