At Tosore, we currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We do not offer delivery to collection points or parcel lockers.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (GMT) are eligible for same-day processing.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. Order Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
This includes order confirmation and packaging.

6. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 5–7 business days.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).

During busy periods or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tosore.com.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or reshipping costs.

10. Customs and Import Taxes

As we currently ship only within the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes do not apply.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
