1. Return Eligibility
At Tosore, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are currently available for customers in the United Kingdom. To start a return, please contact us at info@tosore.com .We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items returned in used or damaged condition may be eligible for a partial refund only.
2. Return Method and Shipping Costs
All returns must be sent by mail.
For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Be securely packaged for return shipment
Items showing signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for customers in the United Kingdom. Please follow the standard return process. Once your return is received and approved, you may place a new order.
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will assist with a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, Tosore will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. However, items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund based on condition.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the United Kingdom, UK consumer law applies.
At this time, Tosore accepts returns only from customers in the United Kingdom.
Orders shipped outside the UK are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
9. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
