1. Handling & Processing Window
All orders placed at Tosore undergo a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure your lighting fixtures are in perfect working order.
- Daily Cut-off: Orders received before 18:00 (GMT) will begin processing the same day.
- Timeframe: Standard handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Weekends: Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be initiated on the following Monday.
2. Shipping & Transit Estimates
Once your package leaves our distribution centre, the following delivery window applies:
- Transit Period: 5–7 business days.
- Arrival Expectation: Most customers receive their items within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Please note: Transit occurs on business days only. Minor delays may occur during UK Bank Holidays or peak seasonal periods.
3. Transparent Pricing
We believe in straightforward pricing. Tosore offers Free Standard Shipping across the UK. The price displayed in your cart is the final amount you pay; we do not apply any hidden surcharges or handling fees at checkout.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Stay informed about your order's progress. Once your lighting is dispatched via our trusted partners (Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Limitations
- Regional Focus: We currently only ship to mainland United Kingdom.
- Excluded Addresses: Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
- Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Tosore is not liable for deliveries to an incorrect address provided during the ordering process.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
- Address Correction: If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email info@tosore.com immediately. We can only update addresses before the order is dispatched.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already entered the shipping process and must be handled as a return.
7. No Hidden Import Fees
Since Tosore operates and ships domestically within the United Kingdom, you will never be charged for customs duties or import taxes. All listed prices are final and inclusive of all domestic shipping costs.
